Apartment with Ocean View Pool and Beach Access

Our apartment is the ideal destination for those seeking proximity to the beach in a condominium with complete infrastructure. This modern and well-equipped space offers the perfect setting for relaxing and leisurely days by the sea. Unwind in the comfort of your home away from home, with the ocean as your backdrop.

Just steps away from the main attractions and with easy access to restaurants, bars, and beaches, our space is the perfect starting point to discover the best of the city.

A prime location is offered, with charming and welcoming decor; every detail of the space has been designed to provide comfort and elegance.

The apartment features a double bed and a double sofa bed. The apartment kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, microwave, blender, and sandwich maker, ideal for preparing easy meals. For group meals, there is a dining table with four chairs, creating a pleasant space to share moments together.

The living room is air-conditioned and has two Smart TVs (one 50" and the other 43"), providing varied entertainment and comfort, while the high-speed internet, at 400 MB, perfectly meets the needs of those working or connecting for leisure. In both the bedroom and the living room, the air conditioning offers relief on warmer days, ensuring a refreshing stay. For added convenience, the apartment also includes a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board to meet the needs of all guests.

The pool, gym, co-working, and rooftop for common use are freely accessible during the stay in the apartment and for common use. The condominium also provides laundry facilities (also for common use) and a party room that can be reserved in advance, subject to payment of the usage fees charged by the condominium.

The pool usually closes on Mondays for treatment, but it can be closed by the condominium administration on other days of the week.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.

Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence.

Our apartment is located in the Ondina neighborhood, in a privileged location for those who wish to enjoy relaxing days in Salvador. With easy access to the waterfront, you can go jogging, walking, or biking along the beach. Just a few steps from the apartment, you'll find the famous Christ the Redeemer statue and the Barra Lighthouse, which offer magnificent views of the neighborhood and the ocean.

If you're planning to visit during Carnival, our location is strategic as it's where the best camarotes (VIP areas) are set up. You'll be in the heart of the festivities, surrounded by lively celebrations and contagious joy. Enjoy the comfort of our apartment and be close to all the fun that Salvador's Carnival has to offer.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
