"The check in was great with no issues. The bed was a little harder than we like but it wasnt bad. We loved having the kitchenette and the couch to sit on inatead of just the bed and a chair. They were super accommodating to us with our pups , we traveled with our three dogs. "

"I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. The desk attendant was on the phone with another person who was very loudly saying that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. So incredibly rude and uncalled for in a hospitality industry. We were told we had 30 minutes to...

"Great Location - beautiful view - very nice staff, that is the really good stuff. The motel is very dated and we had one of the higher end rooms. Lobby, pool area and eating areas have all been updated. Would I stay here again - maybe."

"Paid extra for a sea view, it seemed that the better rooms with a proper sea view and higher floors required an upgrade when you check in, which they kept pushing. Most of the pools were closed or dirty. The hotel is on the flight path. We had a junior suite and this has a window to a corridor, so anyone walking past looks in at the bed. Then you also have to pay extra for parking, resort fees and tax, so will have to add $60 per night to the hotel cost. "

"My room was Beautiful!!! I booked a 3 bedroom condo & every bedroom had its own balcony!! The master room had its on built in jacuzzi, that was awesome! I Loved the staff but they were a little slow on something’s but other than that, my vacation was GREAT!!"

"The location was convenient. Very close to the beach and local restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was relatively clean. The floor had a sticky residue on it, but other than that, I can't complain for a one night stay. "
