"Firstly, I think you need to understand if you are staying here it is for an actual holiday not because you are working in the area because getting there is a trek as the road is very small. Secondly the only time I saw the host was when I first arrived and he told me breakfast was at 8am... so ofcourse I didn't get one, as I had to leave earlier than this and there's no other option. The inside looks a bit worn down but your room is to a degree of cleanliness. Also no locks on your door.

"Very comfortable bed, spacious clean room, quiet, very good breakfast, nice friendly couple, plenty of parking, nice location with a good pub 10 mins walk away. Good price for accommodation and value for money. Will stay again."

"Clean and quiet, very comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I’d asked about a bowling club in Modbury that a family member used, the lovely bar staff said she’d find out for me.
Fantastic full English with great sausages. Nothing seemed too much trouble
