Part of the exclusive Oaks at Wasatach community, this modern rental is ideally located to experience the best Northern Utah has to offer. The spectacular ski slopes of Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, and Alta are all less than 16 miles away, and Park City is just 10 miles beyond. In the opposite direction, downtown Salt Lake City offers a plethora of brewpubs, restaurants, and cultural attractions to explore.

In between adventures, rest and recuperate in your upscale townhouse. With a total occupancy of 11 people, you'll have plenty of space to stretch out without stepping on each other's toes. Two bedrooms are furnished with a private flatscreen TV, so you can enjoy your privacy if you want. Or hang out together in the living room, which has a cozy gas fireplace for cold nights. Free WiFi is provided for your convenience. There's also a pull-out sofa for even more space, and board games for kids are also available.

Exploring works up an appetite, and you'll love putting together homemade meals in the large, fully equipped kitchen. (There's a second kitchenette downstairs for late-night snacking!) Cottonwood Heights City strictly enforces a prohibition on hot tub use between 10pm and 8am.
Complex quiet hours are 10pm to 8am everyday.

This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place. Close to ski areas. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Water pressure could be better upstairs but definitely enjoyed the place and location for skiing

Beds were good and as listed. Kitchen had what we needed. Nicely furnished. We liked having the use of the garage door opener. Great location for ski areas! Overall it was great and exactly what we were looking for.

Convenient location between the 4 ski areas. Home is roomy with a well stocked kitchen. Just so you know, the blender doesn't work. Supplying the garage door opener is a nice touch. Tissues would be a good addition.

Our group of 11 enjoyed staying at this property over the holidays; the house was clean and spacious, with sufficient private space for the teens and adults. The property manager was also very responsive to the minor repair requests we had. Overall a very positive experience!

House overall was a decent place to stay at. Only 2 issues. It has one air conditioner for a three-story home which naturally the hot air rises to the top so the upstairs was piping hot when we got there. And number two the hot water in the master bathroom shower did not work for some reason. Tried letting it sit for 10 minutes and then only stayed cold. It’s a good location with a lot of beds.

We were thrilled at the cleanliness and order of this house. Everything about the property was easy to navigate, from the organization of the kitchen to details like house rules, toiletries, garbage and departure. Proximity to Alta made this a great choice for a family ski vacation. We look forward to coming back!

My husband and I stayed in this town home with 3 other people and my baby and it was amazing. The decor is all modern, super nice, granite countertops. It had 4 bedrooms so my baby could have her own room. My sister in law loved the basement apartment. It had 4 bathrooms as well, which is especially nice when you have so many people. The TV had cable and Netflix, which is nice at night before bed. There was a guy who came by and gave us tips about the house, I don't know if he was the manager or maintenance man, but it was really helpful.
