Guests are required to purchase a protection plan, which is added to the booking total. This plan provides coverage for accidental damages during your stay.
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest ID verification through third-party provide TRUVI. We have seen a recent uptick in fraud and theft by guests and so we need to keep track of who is staying with us. TRUVI will contact you via email and/or text to complete the ID verification. Please do so prior to arriving to the property to enable a smooth check-in process. It will only take a few minutes to complete.

1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. 3. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware. 4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property. 5. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (= 6. Standard check-out is 10 am. Late check-out must be requested 24 hours before your checkout and a fee will apply. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. 7. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in must be requested at time of booking and is subject to availability. The fee is $20/hr. We will let you know what time we can accommodate. If you arrive early at the property without letting us know, you will have to wait until check-in time. 8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items. Please message us if you need extra items. 9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. 11. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff. 12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance outside. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. The camera is on and recording. 14. Any unauthorized guests staying over will be charged an extra $100/night/guest 15. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back 16. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home. Flush it down the toilet or throw it in the garbage bins provided. 17. Please do not lose the key fob or parking pass, if you do, there is a $300 charge to replace it.

Multiple communication lines - discontinuity between VRBO and Expedia. Inconsistent communication. Expedia and VRBO says the door codes will be available three days prior checking in. The host says two hours. It does not matter if it's two hours - it needs to be communicated well ahead so that I don't have to worry about it. No communication to communicate this until I frantically asked and called around. Overall, very poor communication from all, Expedia, VRBO and the host.

This was the perfect cozy little getaway for my wife and I to come to the first two nights after our wedding before we left for PR. The room was cozy, the bed was gloriously comfortable, and the tv size made it feel like a mini theatre when we watched our shows (you can pull the tv an extra foot close to the bed btw).The washer and dryer were a plus since we were able to leave the country with clean clothes, the bathroom was nice, the kitchen and living room were lovely. The balcony was nice to stand on to catch some fresh air, and the courtyard was really nice place to eat out takeout at as they have night time tea lights draped across the courtyard and it’s a nice vibe out there as well. We didn’t even want to leave for the rest of our honeymoon since it was so cozy and comfy.Check in was a tiny bit confusing since there were two lockboxes with the same number, but we didn’t know that, and the other box’s number (that has the key) was mostly washed away from rain, but thankfully our host was quick to respond and walked us through. 10/10 would book again, and may actually book for a night when we return from PR if it’s available.

Check-in process was very easy. Unit was spotless. My only suggestion is that they give more towels. We were allowed 3 (one per person), and there were only 2 plastic cups in the unit, and 3 pillows. The owner shipped us extra pillows which was nice.
