Just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Cala Crancs, this accommodation is perfect for relaxing whilst listening to the sound of the sea from its spacious terrace with direct views of the Mediterranean. The residential complex offers a large swimming pool with sea views open during the season and a multipurpose court for football and basketball. The apartment is located next to Salou Lighthouse, ideal for disconnecting away from the hustle and bustle, in a natural setting surrounded by coves and vegetation. Very close by begins the famous "Camino de Ronda", one of the most emblematic routes of the Costa Dorada, with viewpoints and spectacular views. The coastal path, viewpoints and coves make Cap Salou a perfect place to enjoy nature and practise sport all year round.



The apartment has been partially refurbished and furnished with great taste, combining comfort and functionality.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted. Accommodation exclusively for families.

- Accommodation is NOT ACCESSIBLE with a wheelchair (there are stairs to access the entrance and lift). It is also not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- Air conditioning only in the living room.

- Pets are accepted with a supplement and size restrictions. Dogs of 10-15 kg maximum only.

- Optional parking with supplement in the same building. Suitable for cars only. Large vehicles do not fit. There is no lift from the car park to the accommodation.

- Outdoor communal swimming pool open during summer season (01/05 - 30/09).

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or some wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on the walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

- Due to the natural characteristics of the environment and Mediterranean climate, especially during the warm season, the occasional presence of insects may occur. If you detect any issues during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can review it and take appropriate measures. As a preventive measure, we recommend not leaving food scraps and taking out the rubbish daily.

If you want to enjoy the incredible views of the Mediterranean, don't miss the route of the viewpoints of Cap Salou. From Punta del Cavall to Cala Morisca and Salou Lighthouse, you will discover unique spots for photography and the best sunsets. The lighthouse, built in 1858, remains in operation and is surrounded by native vegetation that completes a privileged natural environment.
