"There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. "Wonderful place only downside was no WIF"

"This was a wonderful place to stay in the heart of a fantastic location. Depot Town has a great vibe—excellent restaurants, great coffee, and an easy, walkable feel. This loft‑style VRBO makes the most of it with its perfect location. The space itself is clean, airy, and spacious. If we return to Ypsilanti, this is absolutely where we’ll stay. We loved it."

"The property was listed as two beds. There is one bed that is more like a full size cot; not really appropriate for two adults. The other bed that is listed is an air mattress that is offered by request. I don’t consider that a real bed when renting a rather expensive place to stay. Other things to note is you have to pick up the key to the place in a lock box that is nearly two miles away, which isn’t convenient - particularly on busy weekends. "This is a fantastic place to stay in Ann Arbor. Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). Parking was easy - there is a reserved spot in the back - and the location is walking distance from the shops on Main Street (15-25 mins), campus (20-30 minutes), and Kerrytown/farmer's market/Zingerman's deli (8-10 mins), where we had breakfast each...

"If we had two recommendations for the host, raise the showerhead to accommodate people taller than 5’7”. Also, there really is no comfortable seating, and would recommend they include a seat that allows you to rest your head and put your feet up."
