"Booked six months in advance. Hoast cancelled the night before after confirming in email. Reason was cross platform booking. So the host and VRBO had us scrambling for other accommodations at the last minute. This was a memorial weekend for my deceased daughter’s birthday. Wholly unacceptable"

"Unfortunately, there weren’t as many beds/rooms as listed so we weren’t able to stay there comfortably and ended up leaving. There were only two rooms. There was one room with a queen bed, one room with a bunk bed and a twin bed, and then a sofa couch in the living room. There was also a hallway that had a chair bed that we were asked to help bring in. We had six adults and two kids and could not fit in this home comfortably.
