"Everything was as described, very clean and the location was perfect for our stay. There was an issue with the water pressure/lack there of and it repaired and working great by the end of the day! Would most definitely stay there again and will be recommending it to our family that will be traveling there in a few months. "

"The place was clean. Had issue with wifi which he fixed. My only recommendation is that a tv be added to master bedroom. Host was very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom had what you needed and it was a quiet neighborhood. Checkin was easy"

"The Hibernation Station was exactly what i needed. It was super comfortable and has all the extra stuff that you might have forgot. The host's were great and accommodating. I had to extend my stay a few days and Rachel/Coleman were able to make it happen. If Im ever back in the Fairbanks area I will definitely be looking ro stat here."

"Great location, easy check in, even with arriving at 1am. The apartment is well supplied, has everything you need for a multi day stay. The owner was very kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again."

"The house was amazing! The property was centrally located making it easy to travel around Fairbanks. The kitchen was well supplied allowing us to make breakfast every day. The host was extremely helpful and even shared some bear spray when we went to Denali National Park. The host has plenty of local brochures to offer extra ideas for activities. Our main purpose of travel was to see the aurora and we were very successful with the help of a local tour company. I highly recommend this property. "

Area has a bunch of great restaurants and places to visit, Nancy was super helpful providing some suggestions on what to do and was even nice enough to provide update on aurora viewing during the week. "Amazing! If I would create a cozy cabin, this would be it. I travel with my own twinkle lights to create the right soothing ambiance, but I didn’t need them here. Quiet, sparking clean, and efficient use of kitchen space. It also boasted the best water pressure of all the places we stayed in our 18 day trip.I met Raven’s staff (mom and maintenance man) upon departure and they sing her praises. This speaks volumes. Would absolutely stay here again and next time spend a week!! It’s convenient both...

"We decided to celebrate our 25th anniversary in AK to see the Northern Lights. This was our second but longest stay. What a wonderful location! Great hostess! After asking about GF restaurants, she provided some GF items for our “starter kit”. It was wonderful and much appreciated. She asked if we wanted to be informed of when the Northern lights were out (which was our very last night there) and alerted us. The view from the upstairs deck was amazing and super convenient. So peaceful and quiet....
