A comfortable double bed with fresh linen changed weekly & soft towels changed mid week as well as beach towels. The black out curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep.
The bathroom has hot water shower as well as bidet & toiletries.
There is a dining table with 4 chairs that can be folded away when not in use.
The kitchen has gas hob, microwave, toaster, air fryer, electric grill, coffee maker, kettle as well as all the utensils needed for cooking. We provide coffee & tea.
Excellent WIFI, flat screen TV with access to your personal NETFLIX or PRIME account.
Although we are a non smoking apartment, there is a balcony with small coffee table & chairs for you to smoke should you wish.
Restaurants, mini markets, doctors clinic, surfer's beach bar & cafe's all close by.
In a quiet residential area, just 5 minutes from the centre of Santa Maria.
We live next door so are available should you need us. I also work as a travel agent so can give lots of information on thing's to do, places to eat & any events happening locally.
