It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. "Cute, comfortable place near Shinjuku. Other reviewers have mentioned the wonderful instruction PDF provided by the host. It is the best I've ever seen! It tells you everything you need to know about the house, how to work the appliances, and about the surrounding area. The location was very convenient to the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas of Tokyo. About a 10 minute walk to the Asagaya train station and three stops to Shinjuku. Tons of shops and restaurants available along that 10 minute walking...

"The location was perfect. We were about three minutes from the local subway station and were able to connect easily to get around Tokyo to all of our desired locations. The Japanese BBQ restaurant immediately around the corner was fantastic. Service and food were amazing there as well. The management was very responsive and provided for all of our basic needs.
