"Nice and clean Brian at the front desk very pleasant to deal with. We will be back."

"Great hotel and restaurant. Great location. Clean room. Excellent staff."

"The hotel is central to most things in the city. It has a great view of the harbour and it is a short, picturesque walk up to Fort Howe and to Uptown via the Harbourfront Passage. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking and the pool/hot tub are also nice. The only things missing were places to hang wet towels and bathing suits in the room and a handheld wand in the shower for those of us used to bidets. Maybe the other rooms have them. I’m not sure."

"Excellent stay, very clean Staff was very helpful"

"Beautiful ocean view from the room. Room was clean, but had obviously received few updates and minimal maintenance since about 1965. The price was very reasonable so I cant complain - but the shower water pressure was very pathetic, the glasses and mugs in the room completely mismatched and likely supplied from a thrift store. With a few updates and maintenance this would be a 5 star stay."

"It was comfortable lodging here. However, I was very disappointed at the lack of openness to early check in."

"Extremely clean room, comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. Can't ask for more! Would definitely stay again and would recommend"

"The bed is good and in general de hotel is ok, however the cleanliness is not good. Dirty tiles, dirty towels and dirty coffee strainer. Need to pay more attention to details."
