This 170 m² single-story cottage features a spacious living room with a fireplace and large bay windows opening onto a west-facing terrace, a large, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (with flexible sleeping arrangements: four single beds or two king-size beds, each with its own walk-in shower and toilet), and a separate sleeping alcove (one single bed) with its own walk-in shower and toilet. Beds are made upon arrival. Guests are kindly requested to strip the beds and fold the sheets at the end of their stay. Bath and pool towels are not provided. Electric heating is available in winter (meter readings will be taken). There is an interior courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. Cottage near cottage 3202. Shared swimming pool reserved exclusively for the occupants (no guests) of the two cottages, as well as the owners, from June to the end of September, weather permitting. The cottage has a large, mowed lawn (football, badminton, molkky) next to the kitchen. The Winemaker's House offers a haven of tranquility. You might be surprised to spot a squirrel, look up, and witness kestrels taking flight, or see a doe and her fawn moving from one wood to another. You will enjoy a peaceful holiday in a beautiful setting. The cleaning fee is automatically applied to each booking.
