In the commune of Arconsat, we offer you this charming 100 m² house with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 16 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wifi, sheets and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Laundry room, under the stairs, with washing machine and dishwasher
- 16 m² living room with access to the terrace, TV, armchairs (2 leather and 1 relax) and fireplace (wood supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... as well as a dining area

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (2 single beds)
- Bathroom with shower and bath, vanity unit, heated towel rail, WC

Exterior:
- A terrace of approx. 28 m², exposed on three sides, except to the south. Equipped with a table for 4 people, 4 chairs and a parasol to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is located in the Rossignol neighborhood, a hamlet of 9 houses, where you'll enjoy a peaceful, friendly and helpful neighborhood. In Chabreloche, 2 km away, you'll find a mini-market, a bakery and a butcher's shop. For your larger errands, Carrefour Market is located in La Monnerie, Intermarché in Noirétable...

Activities :
- Sporting activities: several lakes for swimming, including Chabreloche 2 km away (accessible on foot via a forest path), Saint-Rémy-sur-Durolle 14 km away, and the Iloa leisure park in Thiers 25 km away.
- Numerous forest walks and hikes: Arconsat is located in the heart of the Bois Noirs, with the summit of Puy de Montoncel (1287 m) a 2-hour walk from Rossignol, offering a panoramic view of almost 360°. Mountain bike access possible.
- In winter: cross-country skiing, tobogganing and snowshoeing at the Foyer de ski de fond du Montoncel, also open in summer with various activities.
Paragliding experience at the summit of Puy de Dôme (68 km).

Transportation :
If you come by car, you can park close to the accommodation.
