This cosy 50 m² flat, quiet and refurbished, is located on the 1.5 floor (without lift) and consists of :
- two pleasant balconies with a clear view of the garden with the umbrella pines,
- a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds, forming a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher)
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities, air conditioning,
- TV and WiFi.
Access to private parking and the petanque court.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

So you'll be in the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing but interesting stay in the south of France.
