Walks on miles of sand, shore fishing, horseback riding, tennis, water sports… or simply relaxing on the beach. In the evening, you can enjoy the many restaurants along the seafront, the cinema, or the casino. Equipped with fiber optic internet, you can also come and work remotely in peace and quiet to recharge. Looking for history? Saint Aubin is located at the eastern end of Juno Beach. Its strategic location in the heart of the D-Day landing beaches allows you to easily explore from Omaha to Sword Beach, as well as visit the Caen Memorial or the medieval historic center of Bayeux and its tapestry. The house, spread over three levels, ensures well-defined spaces. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a fold-down table, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso machine. On the first floor, there is a TV lounge with a single sofa bed (100x190 cm) and a desk area with fiber optic internet and a TV package. The top floor offers an attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a shower room. You can also enjoy a small private courtyard with a garden table. Sun loungers, a barbecue, and beach equipment are available in the small outbuilding. The house and garden face south, ensuring plenty of natural light and a very pleasant living environment. You can access the sea directly in 3 minutes via a pedestrian path at the back of the courtyard. The courtyard is accessible for short-term parking to unload groceries and luggage; parking is then free in the surrounding area of ​​the main street. Parking in the courtyard is prohibited. The private section of the outdoor space connects to a shared courtyard, so residents must be sociable with the neighbors and their pets (dogs, cats).
