Located 10 minutes from the Hautes-Gorges park, 20 minutes from La Malbaie and Mont Grand Fonds, and 30 minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul, you are at the heart of an incredible playground.



On the ground floor: open area with fully equipped kitchen, bright dining room, cozy living room with fireplace (it is not functional), master bedroom (Queen), bathroom and laundry room.



Almost all rooms offer a view of the lake, which is magical! and the large terrace with gazebo is the perfect spot to enjoy the summer and the panorama.



The basement is the kingdom of fun: a family room with a pool table and games, ideal for becoming the children's favorite spot, and a separate bedroom with three beds: a Double and a set of Double and Single bunk beds, perfect for accommodating the whole family!



Outside, it's paradise all year round: 2 adult kayaks, 2 children's kayaks, paddleboard, pedal boat, and private dock to fully enjoy the lake.



In winter, hop on your helmet and head out on a snowmobile directly from the chalet on the lake! Connected to the Trans-Québec trail no. 3, it takes you as far as the North Shore, the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean or Quebec City. Enough to make the most of winter!



Need services? Everything is 15 minutes away in Clermont: grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, convenience store, and gas station. And for a variety of outings, La Malbaie and Baie-Saint-Paul, less than 30 minutes away, await you with restaurants, shops, and beautiful walks to recharge your batteries.
