The house is located a few minutes from the Casino de Charlevoix and the Manoir Richelieu Golf Course.

Close to the mountains (Mont Grands-fonds and Massif), restaurants, bicycle paths along the river and many outdoor activities (downhill skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, road biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, fatbike, etc.) and only 100 meters away from an outdoor skating rink.

It will give you the opportunity to relax in the spa while enjoying the interior comfort. It offers a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy open-plan living room as well as two intimate bedrooms. Outside, a large field will allow young and old to have fun.
