"Great property"

"This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent setting with great facilities and a very attentive team. 5 star service. The amravali suites are very nice. However the hotel does seem to attract quite annoying guests, the north Indian middle classes who are crude in their behaviours. They are rude to the staff, loud, the restaurant is treated like a roadside dhabba, they are in the pool fully clothed with grown adults throwing around frizzbies like it’s a children’s water park. "Superb location and excellent service..."

"Very well maintained and polite staff. They made sure everything was right from checkin to our food. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel. Staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating in every way. And the views of the mountains are truly spectacular. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance for the 3 days we stayed which we were really looking forward to using during the hot month of august."

"The room was lovely. Some staff were difficult to get information from or request anything. Pankaj from housekeeping was fantastic and so very helpful to my entire family. He made our stay much more pleasant."

"We stayed for one night and had dinner and breakfast too. The reception was welcoming and friendly. The pool area was beautiful but the water cool at the end of January. The rooms were large and well laid out. The location is very close to the outstanding Jain temple and also just a 15 minute walk from the beautiful Ranakpur dam. Personally I did not enjoy my dinner so much, but I think that was down to my choice. "

"A modern, high-standard hotel, just a short walk from the fort."

"This hotel is a very convenient , clean , comfortable accomodation from the main mandir . The reception and housekeeping staff v good. Let down by restaurant staff, who seem un attentive , and unwilling to serve guests "
