The grounds of the property offer fantastic views across the Solent to Portsmouth and there’s an elevated, private Jacuzzi hot tub for 6, with a covered roof for you to relax in after a busy day discovering the Isle of Wight. From the beach you can spot the landmark Spinnaker Tower, which forms an impressive backdrop to a busy shipping channel that carries an interesting array of freight, passenger and military ships. Guests can enjoy a spot of fishing on the beach, 200 yards away. A short distance away is the seaside town of Ryde with its good selection of individual shops, restaurants, bars, tea rooms and large sandy beach. Along the promenade you will find lots to do with tennis courts, tenpin bowling, a fun fair, canoeing and a swimming pool all available. Within easy reach there is Osborne House, Quarr Abbey, Carisbrooke Castle, Amazon World, Robin Hill Adventure Park and world famous yachting at Cowes. The Isle of Wight is renowned for having a warm, sunny climate, and there are plenty of tourist attractions you can enjoy in the sun.
