"The property is very nice. Looked very new inside and very clean. There were a few hiccups. The shower cut off for about 30 minutes in the middle of a shower. There were no linens for the sofa bed. The bar and restaurant are closed on Monday and Tuesday and I wasn't advised of this until I had already arrived in the UK. If it were not for those things, I would have given 5 stars."

"What a lovely stay run by a lovely couple. A quirky friendly B&B within easy walking distance of town ( a little up hill on the way back) Beautiful garden full of interest. A perfectly cooked breakfast in the morning made using good quality produce. Along with cereals, yogurts and juice. Homely and clean. You really felt like a guest rather than just another number moving through. They have two small friendly dogs but kept them out of the way for a guest who felt nervous around dogs....

The Beach House was on our ‘wish list’ and it was available - serendipitously. We noted and relished attentive interior decor, effective functionality that has been designed clearly from a guest’s perspective, and scrumptious food and refreshments. "linden house was beautiful, it was just a short walk or 7min drive to the sandiest beach in West Wittering, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful thank you Lulu and Russell and they even have a Hot tub, it was so nice to watch the horses on the back of the house on a morning with a coffee and the little book with all the local places to eat were a lovely touch, I recommend the Boulevard, it is a family run restaurant and it did a lovely burger and Sunday roast. Cannot recommend enough"

"This property is immaculate. The garden was lovely and offers shade and sun. The owner is such a nice gentleman and cannot do enough for the guests. My bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower in the bath was powerful and it makes such a great change to be provided with large bath towels. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Fresh fruit and juice as well as a choices of cooked options. Id stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Great location - walking distance to town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes - short drive to beach. Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly. Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants. Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems. All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again."
