"Stayed for IOW festival for one day and was everything needed and staff so friendly and helpful and good value for the festival weekend although very basic but that’s fine it was as expected."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"Excellent small cottage on a quiet area close to the beach. The host was very kind and organised. Lovely details left for us in the house too, which we appreciated. Everything was very clean and bed super comfy. Would definitely recommend! Thank you"

"Room was super hot, and old. Shower was rusty. The bed was the smallest and most uncomfortable bed I've slept in. No one ever available at reception. And to top it all off spent an absolute fortune for one night. Do not recommend at all."

"Clean room, good value, very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was above the pub on a Friday and Saturday night so it was noisy until close but earplugs did the job."

"Reception staff left us standing at reception for 20 mins to check in. No verbal communication. Just handed keys and piece of paper with instructions. Room VERY tired and dated. Carpet dirty old, thin and poorly fitted. I didn't want to walk on it with bare feet. Balcony and balcony chairs dirty. Chairs were old plastic patio chairs and were dirty. No privacy on balcony from rooms next door. Very noisy. Only single glazed windows so didn't shut out noise. Techno music thumping away til...

"Very spacious and clean single room. Equipped with fridge and a fan which were both very welcome on the extremely warm conditions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing full refurbishment by dedicated owners. Extremely good value for money also."

"A very lovely, friendly and comfortable hotel. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant food was great. À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou."

"A lovely little hotel a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the theatre and restaurants. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable … quite a small bathroom but fine for a night’s stay. It was quite warm in the room and we couldn’t open one of the windows as the latch was broken. To be fair I don’t think the staff were aware of the problem until we mentioned it. A fan had already been provided in the room. But really we...

"There were two restaurants near one Greek and one Latin American we tried the latter and it was good, the Greek one was closed Monday. Staff were welcoming, small family run hotel so personal. Nice bar area. Breakfast was included (continental) but they did offer boiled eggs or bacon bap or sausage bap in the morning."
