"We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We contacted the owners about an early check via the app but got no reply. I would suggest calling you may get a better response. We were a little surprised at the property location (neighboring properties need maintenance and yards are over grown). The property yard needs replanted if you have kids don’t expect to use the yard. But overall I would recommend this property and we would stay again."

"The property itself was not bad, but the location and the neighborhood is pretty rundown and shabby. Also and this is big, we were told check out was 11:00am but at 10:00am as we were eating breakfast a man put in the same code we had for the door and proceeded to walk right into the house!! When he realized we were in the house he said they were told they could check in at 10:00am, but we could not figure out why they had the same code as us, so be careful if you rent the house because it may...

Cute binder for people not familiar with the area with restaurants and activities and attractions. The hot tub was clean and a perfect place to relax at night. "The New Winter of 1947 was such an adorable country cottage, we saw deer at night and especially enjoyed the private backyard with a fire pit. Checkin was so easy and the Host response time was excellent and so nice. I loved that it was pet-friendly. Our stay was very pleasant, the Host thought of everything, anything you’d possibly need they had it! I highly recommend the New Winter of 1947 Charming Cottage and would definitely stay there again."
