"Great place to stay! "

"This place was great, cozy little cabin out in the country , quiet , peaceful!!! Would definitely stay here again. They even made some complimentary cinnamon buns,Sooooo gooood!!!!!!"

"Great place."

"The owner was available within 15 minutes when we locked ourselves out out of the house accidentally. He was sure that everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to stay in that area. The location is very close to downtown and to the wedding venue that we had to get to. Jesse is an awesome communicator."

"Beautiful house. Very clean and even stocked with amenities/toiletries. Had a great stay."

"This property is everything listed and some!! It has all amenities and extras that you would need. The host was FANTASTIC, quick response, came by & took care of the pool during our stay, so polite and accommodating. AC was great for hot weather, pool was everything we could ask for, has laundry soaps and washer/dryer, and pet friendly for our travel buddy. Already counting down the days we can come back and stay here again!!"

"Be advised, there is no coffee makers in the room anymore (which is advertised on the website). They took them out and have 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Room was ok, bed was comfortable. I was told breakfast was at 6am, so I planned my departure around that (I had a long drive yet, and planned to leave immediatly after a quick bite to eat). After waiting until 6:15 (with numerous other people in the dining room waiting) I went to desk and asked, and was told it was at 7am (was a Saturday) today....

"The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the rod in the shower was broken, there was holes in the carpet, and on the table legs there was dried food. This room could use some help."

"I like the staff but if they could just clean the rooms better. There is no excuse for hand prints on a bathroom door. Dirty rag left in the bathroom."

"This is probably the best place to stay in my opinion when visiting Springfield. It's off the road just a bit so the rooms are quiet and there is plenty of parking and you feel very safe here. The rooms are what you would expect and the breakfast is pretty good. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back here. All good!"

"I am covered head to toe in bed bug bites from my stay."

"Our Unit was VERY dated....the sheets had good size holes in them, we were there a full week and NEVER had housekeeping ask if we needed any thing, I had to hunt them down for more towels, no sign to put out to ask if the room needed cleaning, it was like a ghost town. The air conditioner was LOUD and the entire property was dated. Definately needs some attention. Comforter on top of the bed was so old, the stuffing inside was clumped up in various large balls, I looked in other rooms through...

"Staff doesn't know how to react or follow protocols in an emergency situation."
