"We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again."

"Lovely property. Super efficient check in and check out. Wonderful breakfast and tea and coffee available throughout the day. The room itself was spotless and perfect for a short stay. The bathroom is fantastic and large. The pool looked very inviting but we did not have time to try it this time around. Cannot fault the hotel. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay. "The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne."

"We had one of the older pet friendly cabins. While it was very clean and the bed comfortable the cabin didn't smell great. The kitchen facilities are new. We were close to the highway and it was noisy and the blinds do not cover the window completely so don't block the bright streetlights. In April it was warm enough, but the windows were draughty so I imagine it would be very cold in winter. The shower was nice and hot though!"

"Absolutely fabulous. This property was so clean and tidy and beautiful decorated.The little bar came with complimentary wine, granola, a fresh loaf of bread, jams and honey,tea, coffee and hot chocolate the fridge was stocked with yogurt juice and milk and butter. This was so good to have because once you get there you don’t want to leave. We had a view of the olive grove and relaxed on the deck as the sun set in the background. The air conditioning was quiet , the shower was big enough for two....

"Upon checkin they attempted to charge $50 more than when i booked saying prices change daily Get into room heater aitcon doesn't work replaced with small heater right beside the bed shower kept running toilet leaked had a bucket under it by morning whole bathroom floor was covered in water from toilet has really been neglected since i last stayed there never again "

"Great location after getting off the Spirit of Tasmania and late check in was easy. Unit was clean and warm, beds were comfortable, however top bunk was quite creaky for the kids. I would stay here again. "
