There are few private homes that can accommodate up to 16 people. If you have a large crew and want to be near mid-town, this is the unit for you.

Lookout Estates Condos is about one block from Sudderth Drive – the main road through Ruidoso. When staying in one of these condos you`re close to all the action – shopping, dining, golf, casinos, and all the fun things that drew you to Ruidoso.

You`ll also have a private deck on the top floor, with lovely views of the area, and a gas grill, so you can dine in if you prefer.

This condo also offers window a/c units for the couple of warm weeks we have.

The heated pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and is available to all guests. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.

We regularly have a herd of elk wandering through, so bring your camera. We`re also just below a forest watch-tower, so you can take the short hike up to it and be on top of the world, with views of the whole town.

One block from the main road through Ruidoso, you are conveniently located to easily get to all points of interest in the Ruidoso area.

Check in time is anytime after 3:00p.m. and check out is by 11:00 a.m. If there are any questions that you may have please call us.
