Everything about Sandy Bear is first class and designed to provide creature comforts that will make your stay a true pleasure for your entire group.
When you first arrive at the spacious and level parking of Sandy Bear youll be amazed when you walk through the front door of the property. Youll be greeted by warm and inviting features such as the open living and dining room furniture, a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. Youll also have free high-speed internet at your disposal so you can arrange tee times, find local fares or keep in touch with friends back home. When you just want to disconnect from it all, a wall of windows lets the beauty of nature into your living space.

Sandy Bear is tastefully decorated with a combination of western and mountain themes that give a subtle nod to your homes location in the mountains of the Southwest.
Spending all day playing in the mountains is sure to build up a hearty appetite and the Sandy Bear kitchen is up to the task of satisfying it. You have a full complement of modern appliances at your disposal. Granite countertops provide a plethora of prep space and a full suite of cookware and utensils help make cooking a breeze.

As enticing as the inside dining options are, on many days youll probably want to enjoy your meals out on the covered deck amid the sights and sounds of nature. In addition to the well-equipped kitchen, a gas grill on the deck is at your disposal. Everything about the deck space is perfect, including a brand new Hot TUb and the comfortable sitting area with a cozy seating and table.

Sandy Bear is a three-bedroom two full bath cabin. Bedroom number two features a queen-size bed in a large relaxing space with mountain views. The third additional bedroom is perfect for the kids and has two full beds. Each room is beautifully decorated, and your guests will be pleased to claim them as their own personal retreat.

The master suite includes a comfortable king-size bed, bed-side lamps and a large screen TV. Whether you want to unwind with a good book or your favorite show, youll find your favorite relaxing pastime in this luxurious room. But before you close your eyes for the night, we recommend taking time to slip out onto the deck and enjoy the soothing sounds of nature. In the morning, your en-suite bathroom will be the ideal place to grab a shower and get ready for your day. Before you know it, youll be looking for your first cup of coffee.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available to you at Sandy Bear. This may be the first time you are able to return home from vacation with a suitcase full of clean clothes. The large wooden fenced and very secluded back yard is an added bonus and a rare find in these necks of the woods. Make your next vacation a trip to Sandy Bear on the west side of Ruidoso. You wont find a more beautiful place to enjoy the mountains of New Mexico.

Please Note: Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway or roads.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment.
