"Breakfast was nice! Bed was comfy. There was a door leading to the room next door to us which wasn’t locked but we just put some bags up next to it."

"Excellent staff. We were delayed by bad weather and arrived late, just as the chef told reception that he’d finished service. He immediately asked what we’d like to eat and prepared us a great dinner. The general manager and breakfast waitress were also very helpful and friendly. "

"Great location less than a mile away from the M5 and off the main road. Wonderful guy on reception who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy. We decided to go into nearby Thornbury to grab something to eat. The bed was really comfy and we had our buffet breakfast in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the hotel which kept us full for the drive home."

"Por ser muito antigo pode ser meio chocante. Como muitos deste tipo não tem elevador, vc sobe c suas malas, estacionamento .O carpete sujo e coco de pombos não ajudam"

"Nice hotel, rooms are big for English standards and very close to supermarket, shops, etc. Parking is not free but was charged only 5GBP for day, so that was ok. The only downside was that we were traveling with a lot of bags and they do not have an elevator, anyway, they have only 2 floors so we had to go only one flour up. Overall nice stay with no issues."
