"A super nice hotel with a very friendly team! They’re amazing at taking care of all your needs, no matter what it is. It’s positioned about 10-15 minutes car drive from downtown Tam Coc, which makes the neighborhood quiet, however you must use a Grab to and from the hotel. Definately worth a visit, when coming to Ninh Binh/atam Coc!!"

"The room is very clean and large. It is situated around a residential/commercial area so it may get noisy with kids, etc. Short walk across the street to Hoa Lu Old Quarter and Walking Street with restaurants and cafes."

"The hotel is in a perfect location, which can be a bit noisy at night but it also feels lively. The view is simply great. The room looked brand new. The staff were polite but only with gestures as absolutely no one spoke a word of English. We could communicate for the basic stuff with signs or pictures (when we were asked to choose our type of breakfast), but anything else was simply not possible."

"Nice family run hotel in Ninh Binh. Friendly, walkable to the train station, breakfast included, and secured motorcycle within the hotel grounds. Very reasonably priced for a 1 night stopover and short sightseeing."

"Friendly staff and big clean room. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was abit far from the walking street, more than 10 minutes walk. Really disappointed with their air conditioning. We cannot set the temperature in our room. We called reception few time throughout the night to set the temperature cooler and they cannot do it. We couldn’t sleep the whole night as the room was warm and sticky. Lucky it winter can’t imagine how hot it will be in summer "

"O hotel tem aparência de novo e muito limpo, o perigo está no piso escorregadio, que quando lavado não é seco totalmente. Meu marido escorregou em frente ao elevador e quase caiu. O café da manhã é razoável, a melancia tem um gosto estranho de tempero. Tentamos alugar uma scooter, inicialmente a recepcionista disse que custaria 150k, depois voltou pedindo desculpas, mas que agora custava 250k. Aluguel de scooter no Vietnã é meio que tabelada, pagamos 150k nas 5 cidades por onde passamos. A...

"The hotel was very modern, but located away from the busy commercial area of Ninh Binh. Thus it was very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly, offering help with transport and bookings for the many attractions and activities surrounding Ninh Binh."

"This hotel was very disappointing after seeing reviews and pictures online. To start on a positive, it is very beautiful outside and in summer I can imagine it he pool is lovely. However, there were several disappointing aspects to our stay. Firstly, the lack of hot water. I did go to reception and she informed me there was a switch for the hot water (not sure why I wasn’t told this at check in), however when this was switched on we still had no hot water for our stay.
