"Hotel bem localizado no Old Quarter e com bom custo-benefício. Funcionários bastante atenciosos."

"Perfeito, principalmente pela equipe! Fui muito bem tratada! Fiquei impressionada!"

"This boutique hotel is in a great location. Staff are all so helpful and welcoming. Happy hour (2 for 1 drinks) in the evening at the rooftop bar was definitely a bonus. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of local dishes and western options. Would definitely recommend."

"It was very lovely"

"Pool has to be heated!!"

"clean and updated room. professional and friendly staff. breakfast is abundant. five star all the way."

Perfekt zentral gelegen, sehr gutes WLAN."

"Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had...

Piso estragado, box e cuba do banheiro entupidos.

"Conveniently located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Room was clean and quiet even though we are in middle of town. Staff are friendly and helpful with recommendations. Good variety of breakfast food available to accommodate different cultures. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area."
