"Beautiful property, really clean well-stocked house."

"The barn is not even liveable. It took us over an hour to get to Canon City where we really wanted to be. She gave us a cute little cabin to stay in but was short lived with boys and dogs around the house. The curtains in barhroom didn't exist so we felt like they were intruding on us. Needless to say we only stayed there one night and would never go back."

"This was such a charming house! It also has a beautiful front porch and yard which we spent a lot of time enjoying! The host was very accommodating and gracious when we had some fairly last minute changes to our trip. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The supposed game room was an old dirty garage with a rock floor and a lot of dirty items. We locked it up and didn’t use it. No dishwasher as advertised. Dining table is worn and the dining bench is broken. Quite drafty but very historical. Outside grounds need grass because of the mud and a perimeter fence by the river for safety. Could be cute with a few improvements."

"Great place tucked away on the river! Was here during the week so it was pretty quiet and the restaurant wasn’t open, but would absolutely come back!"

"We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The home was clean and well stocked with non food items. The coffee was coincidentally my brand and flavor of choice so that was awesome. Only complaint was the drains had an awful smell coming from them throughout the home and the price was too high in my opinion in retrospect."
