Temos duas observações sobre o imóvel, o primeiro é que a avenida Washington é extremamente barulhenta até umas 11:00 pq, e as janelas no quarto voltado para esta rua não tem isolamento acústico bom. Isso poderia ser melhorado.Segunda observação é que no anúncio pelo aplicativo da VRBO não dizia em nenhum momento que a casa tinha ambientes compartilhados, achávamos que estávamos alugando uma Casa Inteira. Mas ao chegarmos vimos...
