In addition, we are located minutes away from Platekill Ski Mountain offering you a cozy cabin to warm up in after a long day on the slopes.

We encourage you to use the garage as a point of entrance.

What’s honestly better than a soak in a hot tub? Melt away the stress of your daily life with soothing jets and relaxing waters in our 6-person HOT TUB. Controls are located inside the house for added convenience.


Bedrooms
This 3 bedroom – 4-bed house is equipped with 2 full bathrooms, soft high-quality linens, and towels. Extra blankets are provided, along with comfortable mattresses, all allowing you a great night's sleep.


Group Events
We are the perfect house for a wedding party.

With so many wedding venues close by, we have ensured you will have a beautiful photogenic house to act as a home base. Featuring a full-sized standing mirror and beautiful décor -


Living Room
Two comfy couches with full amenities and a great view.

Be sure to take a seat on the orange velvet couch and enjoy the calming views of the mountain range in the distance. (This is my favorite spot in the whole house!) The cozy sectional with soft blankets makes a great spot to enjoy the Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Disney+


Wood Burning Stove
Wood: Extra wood is in the garage, equipped with a stump and hatchet. Also provided is a kindling splitter for easy fire starting.

There is nothing quite like a fire at the end of the day. We encourage you to use the wood provided to enjoy the warming comforts of the woodstove. Conveniently located in the living room.


Kitchen
With stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, country sink, and a huge pantry, you will find yourself at home in this great kitchen.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for all those cooks and bakers out there. From a rice maker, Cuisinart blender, Lagonstina serving, and cookware to a baker's dream kitchen with cooling racks, rolling pin, and mixer- we even have a chocolate spreader!


Basement Game Room
Ping pong, Darts, Foosball and Second Living Room

The basement is an area to hang out and let loose. Enjoy a ping pong tournament, a game of foosball, some darts, a board game or turn on the Smart TV and find a movie the whole family will love. For some extra comfort and heat, be sure to turn on the fireplace within the TV console.

High-speed internet, a standup desk, and a gamer chair for your working comfort.

Please note that in much of the Catskills including the area surrounding our home there is limited cell service. We do have high-speed internet with WIFI as well as a landline for calls.


Laundry
Help yourself to the washer and dryer. Provided are laundry soap and dryer sheets.


Cleaning Supplies/Equipment
Not that we want you cleaning on your getaway, but sometimes accidents happen. Provided is a vacuum, mop, and broom as well as, cleaning supplies.

Our wrap-around porch with several sitting areas will make outdoor entertaining and dining enjoyable. The stream located in the backyard offers you the gentle sounds of water while you enjoy a book or soak in the hot tub.Keep an eye out for the family of deer and wild turkeys that visit our property often. Any stargazers out there? You will love the view from here – simply amazing!
Outdoor Firepit - What is nicer than a warm fire on a cool night? We hope you enjoy some smores around the fire. Take some wood from the garage along with the blue fire pit chairs and enjoy!

In addition to being only moments away from the fantastic Plattekill Mountain, we are less than 30 minutes away from 3 other great mountains filled with endless summer fun. Be sure to check out the local markets, artisan shops, and quaint little towns nearby. (List of attractions is provided at the house.)
This is the perfect location. Just outside Roxbury means you are free from direct neighbors allowing you the privacy and quiet you are looking for.
