"My friends and I had a great summer weekend at this place. The master bedroom is huge and has two very comfortable king-size beds. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but the fans were enough to keep us comfortable. The property is beautiful overall, though the floors weren’t very clean and the refrigerator could have used a better cleaning."

"5/5 stars! The home was darling! Anika and Ahsan were incredibly responsive. The house was well stocked, clean, and filled with attentive amenities for guests to use and enjoy. There was a snowstorm while we were there and someone came early to plow and shovel our pathway. We received a detailed guide for local activities and establishments. Would love to visit again! "

"Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. "Property was double booked through a different platform. Another guest was there when we arrived. Host was completely unresponsive at all stages. Because the property is remote, this caused more than a slight inconvenience in terms of locating other lodging more than an hour away."

"Second time at this house. House was great, great location. Beautiful just walking down the road. There is a small waterfall a little more then a mile down Cape Horn road. House was fine for 7 people. We had good weather for April and were able to utilize the outdoor fire pit. If you are looking for a good restaurant, Tito Banditos in Pine Hill is a great spot. Solid Mexican food and great Margaritas. Can't wait to return in the fall! "

"The host was exceptionally fantastic from helping before i booked and all through the stay. the house was fantastic and the hot tub was great looking at the stars. very handicap friendly and lots of board games to play i haven't played CLUE since I was in high school. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THE STAY."
