Luxury Log With Spectacular Views, Fire Pit, Clawfoot Tub In The Master

Just outside the hip town of Roxbury is this warm and comfortable, privately located log. The house sits on a gorgeous multi-acre site enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding hills. This property is also close to local restaurants, shops, nature trails, ski areas and multiple experiences the Catskills has to offer.

The expansive manicured grounds are wonderful for quiet relaxation or for group activity. Prepare an outdoor feast, lounge on the decks or enjoy the warmth of the fire pit while looking at the stars.

This spacious house offers all the comforts you can imagine. Upstairs living and open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area allows for entertaining while cooking that wonderful meal. Downstairs is a large media/entertainment room great for watching movies and making cocktails at the wet bar. Your feet will never be cold in this house with its radiant heat flooring.

You can enjoy the mountain views while soaking in the clawfoot tub in the Master Bedroom. All bedrooms have comfortable Queen beds with lot's of blankets to snuggle and be comfortable in.

Lovely, comfortable cabin in great location

The house was perfect for our family. It’s super clean, comfortable and with plenty of room to spread out. Some weekends we had 5 adults and we never needed the downstairs living room. It’s also a great location close to the town of Roxbury and skiing. A beautiful and special retreat.

Wedding Weekend

Stayed here while attending a wedding in the area. The house is large with plenty of rooms for people to spread out and plenty of gathering areas too. Fields surrounding property is a serene view to go with your morning coffee.

Beautiful Home - Great Stay

The house and property were very nice and cozy, with two living rooms, giving us plenty of space to spread our and have a kids and an adults area. 25 minutes from Belleayre and even closer to Platekill, this was a great stay!

Perfect weekend getaway

This is a beautiful property with surrounding hills - perfect for adults and kids. Esther was super responsive - even before we arrived at the property she shared with us activities in the area that really helped us plan better. All amenities and activities are within 20-30 mins. We will definitely revisit in fall and recommend to our other friends and family.

Beautiful Property

The layout of property was beautiful. There was an unual number of flies inside the property that were both found dead and alive all over the house but specifically in the master bedroom upstairs. The wine fridge did not work as well as the water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator door in addition to televisions in the two mainfloor bedrooms.

Wonderful Mountain View’s and fresh air

Home seems to be recently updated and very tastefully at that. We Came to Roxbury from Atlanta to visit my mother, who lives on the other side of Montgomery hollow, so very convenient of my family of 6. We where here in July so it was warm for NY , but cooler than Atlanta by a mile. Being from the south we just assumed that would be central heat and air, which this property does not. Good thing it’s cooler at night so we could have all the windows open. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and had a great evening sitting around the fire pit. Thank u!

This is a very cozy home, very clean, very beautiful.

This is a very cozy home, very clean, very beautiful. Stunning views. We had a very nice time. There were a few things that don’t take away from the 5 star rating but the owner should be aware of, the coffee pot spout was broken upon arrival so that may need to be replaced, some of the utensils and things weren’t very organized in the drawers as well as the pantry in the kitchen which comes off as it looking not taken care of/messy. But the rest of the house was very organized and well kept. We brought fire wood with us luckily but it should be written in the listing that you need to bring it. I believe I read in the manual at the house that it was in the garage but our guys could not locate it. Luckily we brought it. There is a charcoal grill that I asked about prior to arriving, we had to provide the charcoal which was fine but had I not asked we wouldn’t have known. For future renters, this home is really in the middle of no where so make sure you come prepared with groceries if you don’t plan on eating out!

Amazing views!!!

This is a gorgeous secluded cabin just outside of the town of Roxbury. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding in October and the view from all sides of the house were spectacular! The house is so charming. Tastefully decorated- loved the tiles in all the bathrooms. The beds are super comfortable. It is a beautiful home. Since we were so busy with all the wedding festivities, we were not able to spend tons of time at the house but I’d love to come back sometime to relax and explore more. Just one note - cell service in the Catskills is spotty. I suggest printing out GPS directions before you leave. (The house does have wi-fi ).

Wedding Weekend

A great property with open views to the mountains, serviced by a wonderful owner's rep, who dealt with one minor issue immediately. I recommend this place for all four seasons!
