"Our stay at Taj Cape Town was wonderful overall. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and full of thoughtful details. Our room was spacious, elegant, clean, and had an incredible view of Table Mountain and a lovely balcony. The bathroom and amenities were excellent. Minor improvements could include warmer lighting in the bathroom and corridor and more attention to small housekeeping details. Check-in was smooth but somewhat rushed. As I had stayed at the hotel before, we were not given much information about the facilities, Wi-Fi, or breakfast. Since it had been a long time, a brief introduction would have been helpful. We also felt that reception could be more welcoming and personalized. Breakfast was exceptional, with great variety and excellent service. The spa was another highlight, with one of the best massages we have experienced and wonderful facilities. A WhatsApp booking option would be helpful for international guests. We were less comfortable with additional spa products being added to the bill without clear explanation beforehand. We were celebrating my birthday and first wedding anniversary, and the decorated room, sparkling wine, and sweets were a lovely surprise. As a male couple, we noticed the card referred to us as “he and she,” a minor but noticeable personalization issue. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would happily return."

"O hotel é maravilhoso, funcionários educados, quarto e roupa de cama e banho excelente, tem uma ótima localização, transfer p o V&A waterfront, café da manhã excepcional. O que ficou a desejar na minha estadia foi que a piscina estava em reforma e tbm não é aquecida."
