"The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding. Food was great and there were plenty of other nearby options as well. Location is fantastic. Rooms are huge. "The place is okay, but honestly, it could be so much better.
No in-room dining options. We were told we could order breakfast downstairs at the bistro and take it back to our room, which isn't exactly premium service.
Breakfast was disappointing. We were asked how we'd like our eggs cooked, although I'm not sure why they bothered. My over-easy eggs looked like they'd been splattered into the pan and forgotten about. I sent them back. My wife's poached eggs came out hard. Not sure why getting...
