"Came with a large party and rented multiple rooms. There was various bugs in every room. Sheets felt dirty to the touch. Didn’t sleep well. Would probably sleep on the beach before I rented a room here again. "

"It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. "

"2nd time staying , perfect spot to rest for a night in between wine tasting along Narramata bench , also ideal as it’s at the end of the road cycle across KVR trail from Myra Canyon. After a long cycle , it was wonderful to be greeted with such friendliness and enjoy some tasty bites with a wine taste which was included with our stay . Rooms very comfy , and a nice big bath to unwind "

"Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff. We pulled in after dark and the lighting was very beautiful, our children thought it looked like a castle from the outside, which added a touch of magic to the trip. The staff was extremely kind, and cheerful, the pool area was really pretty, and outdoor play area for the kids was a big win! Our room was in the perfect area for our family and Everyone of us had fantastic sleeps on the cozy beds. We definitely will staying here again on the next trip to...
