"Gorgeous looking hotel. Already lovely but excited to see it when their plans to gain a 4th star come to fruition. My only qualms are rather thin walls to the next bathroom (you can hear the next rooms shower power unit) and the ventilation (weather was low 20s but room got full sun and with no air con it was very hot, even with windows fully open). Otherwise, tasteful decor, a really nice restaurant with super food and a beautiful location."

It was a little disappointing that they did not do anything to mark our 10 year wedding anniversary and we had put a note on our booking. Drinks are quite expensive £6.50 for a pint/£10 for prosseco glass"

"A lovely little hotel situated near Peasholm Park. 10 minutes from North Bay and a scenic 35 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to South Bay (the more lively bay). Staff were excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Food wise, do note that this hotel caters predominantly for the recently retired crowd (a very reasonably priced but very British menu such as kippers for breakfast and syrup sponge pudding with custard for pudding) We were the only people under 65 that I saw during my October...
