"The stay was really nice. We rented the cabin for my boyfriends birthday. It was a total of five of us. We had a nice quiet enjoyable time and the area is great. The cabins decor fit the setting great. I would love to go back and stay at the same cabin. We drove in from Illinois and honestly the drive to the cabin was beautiful, wouldn’t mind doing it again. "Overall the Beaver's Den was a nice destination for a get-away. Even though there are many houses around the Den, it was generally very quiet. Very much enjoyed watching the woodpeckers, blue jays and hummingbirds enjoying the bird feeders. Would definitely stay here again if it's available when I'm in the area. Tried to kayak on the Chippewa River but gave up. The river moves deceptively fast and with no experience kayaking and traveling alone I decided trying to kayak would be a very bad...

"We had a wonderful time at this house! We were a group of adults, family and friends and one infant, celebrating a birthday. The rooms were all wonderful. The host even had a pack-n-play for the baby to use so we didnt have to bring one. The weekend was very cold, but the indoor pool and spa made the weekend a great time. There is so much space in the house for everyone to have their own area, but also come together for meals and game time. Thank you Dee and Chris for a wonderful stay!"

"We booked this apartment for a girls night getaway. There were five of us. The apartment was decorated so attractive and inviting and very clean. Everything we needed was provided and more , down to coffee creamer in the refrigerator! It was in a great location downtown Clare, and in walking distance to shops and eating. Morgan was a delight to communicate with. We definitely would stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay at the “Cabbage” for an extended weekend. The lake themed decor along with the functionality of items needed when staying away is great! It is so quiet and calm. "Great for families. Offered lots of amenities, paddle boat, kayaks, canoes, yard games, bonfire pit. My daughter gathered apples from apple tree and we made a pie. Fished off dock and lakeshore all week. My kids loved it. Quiet lake, felt private, not very busy, which was nice. Loved our stay."
