"Nicola and Roger were the most amazing hosts. From picking us up at the airport to our last day. We can say enough about how great they are. The pictures do not do their place its justice. Immaculate and so clean. Renting a car for $60.00 a day or having Nicola take us anywhere we needed for $60.00. We learned so much from them and became good friends. And even got us a new frying pan lol private joke for Roger. At the end it was our host that made our trip so worth going to Nassau."

"I would not recommend this rental to any.. Firstly checking in is not until 3:00pm. So your're basically paying for a full day but only gets 9 hours. Secondly the manager said due to dèlay with maid service I wasn't able to check in until 3:30pm. Third if you are traveling with other family memebers or have family or friends in New Providence the can not step foot on the property to visit you which doesn't make sense. "This property is for college students. To small for adults. Most adults don’t like climbing up ladders to sleep. Little lizards running around coming through windows. Busted sofa bed. No wi - Fi Disappointed "

"They have the most wonderful and friendly staff. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. I gave four stars because on our last day the showers stopped working. When they did work, the water was brown. We finally were able to shower at 9pm, but it was a bummer after swimming at the beach and not being able to clean off. Other than that this resort is astonishing. "
