"We had a larger group in town for my daughters graduation. The house was very conveniently located to Texas Tech. The home was clean, including the hot tub. Plenty of towels and hot water for us all, beds were comfortable, check in and communication was great. The game room was a sweet bonus and we all enjoyed a few old school games. I would definitely recommend for a group of any size."

"This property is very well decorated and very clean. Great layout. The owners are very responsive and incredibly polite and helpful. They even left the lights on for us when I formed them of our very late arrival. It is so easy to get around Lubbock and this home is in such a great location. We were in town for a wedding and it was the perfect retreat. We will stay again next time we visit."
