"One of the best short term leases in Lubbock. It is not very close to the University, but everything in Lubbock is 10 minutes away. Nice, friendly, and quiet neighborhood and street. All rooms nicely appointed. Smart TVs in every room. Bathrooms were clean and amply supplied with towels and travel size toiletries. We will be booking this location again when we travel to Hub City."

"This property is super cute and cozy—perfect for a short stay. It’s in a great location, close to TTU, which made getting around really easy. I was very hot when we checked in - it was 100 outside and the AC was off, but we left for a few hours and the place was cooler when we came back and became a comfortable retreat. Will definitely stay here again!"

"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. Shelby was great at communicating prior to us arriving and then throughout the weekend when we needed to ask questions. The house is very cute and well laid out and we appreciated that the light switches and things were labeled so that we could find things without trial and error.
