"Thank You very much, had a great stay!"

"Great central location, near shopping and a big park. The kitchen is well equipped, nice big refrigerator. Friendly host. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a perfectly located in Lubbock with plenty of restaurants located nearby. Check-in was easy, our host was so pleasant and communicated well, and the place was so clean. Great for an overnight or weekend stay."

"This property was much more fantastic in person. Our stay was the best ever and the host was exceptional. I would recommend this to everyone. It was so great that after a day of moving my daughter my wife and I really didn't even want to go out but with some recommendations we went and had a great burger at Wrecked and just had a nice relaxing evening. If we were allowed more stars we would have checked them all."

"Very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Nice back yard with ping pong table and corn hole boards available. Communication with the host was very good. Quick responses."

"We were very surprised by the high ratings and “exceptional” descriptions in the listing. They were responsive to our messages and check in was easy, but we would not stay at this place again. The photos were accurate but the apartment could use some sprucing up (ie, paint, chipped tiles, etc). We had a toilet that didn’t flush properly, and was a continued problem throughout the night. The only a/c unit (located in the bedroom) wasn’t sufficient for cooling down the entire place, or even...

"Great host!"

"Property was amazing with cool vibes that the whole family and pets enjoyed. Would definitely recommend and would return back."

"Was a nice quiet location. Centrally located and wasn’t too far from anything in town. Good communication throughout our stay. "

"The home was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location—especially if you’re visiting Texas Tech. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay, and the check‑in/check‑out process was simple. The manager was responsive and easy to work with. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience."

"Very ideal location from TTU which my son will now be attending. Pet friendly and right next to the park to take the dogs on a walk or if you have lil ones to get out and play. Perfect spot for a quick get away. The host was very accommodating to the beat of his abilities. Will be booking again for future stay."

"Muy limpia y muy tranquilo el barrio"

"House had spiderwebs and rat poop on floor. House looks deceiving with pictures uploaded but in person did not look so great and neighborhood looks a little sketchy."

"My wife and I spent five nights at this property with our two black labs. The house was very clean and appeared to have been recently updated. The backyard was large and easily accommodated our dogs.We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future,If it available."

"Loved this little house! Homey and warm with so many perks!!"

"Hey y’all, this is our first time using a vrbo. We got a complete home cheaper than a hotel stay. The house was brand new and we were the first to use it. Of course it was clean but we were impressed by all the room we could use. Felt more secure by using the garage so no theft worries. From start to finish all was easy to manage. Please consider using this company!! You won’t be disappointed!!!"

"My daughter, myself and my furbabies enjoyed staying at the home. The rooms were clean."
