"Check in easy, location fabulous. Bed comfortable - we slept really well - must be the sea air! The extra touches for our furry friend were spot on - doggy bowls and doggy treats were most welcome. Only very small gripe - we could’ve done with bigger towels but overall what a lovely break we had. "

"Had a weekend stay here for a friends wedding. Location is perfect for the De La Warr pavilion which was a 2min walk away. Studio situated behind a row of shops, look for Premier Stores as satnav took us to the wrong end of the road. Excellent communication from Roberto regarding check in & keysafe code. Studio (4b) had everything I needed for a perfect weekend. Woke up to a powercut which i put down to the storm we’d had but this meant my phone wasn’t charged and worse I couldn’t start the day...

"I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell and the bedding felt stale and musty. I had to keep the window open all day and night just to make the room bearable, which was far from ideal on a cold and wet February weekend. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The walls were visibly dirty, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, the mats appeared unwashed, and the floors were stained. On top of that, there was no proper hot water for showers — we...

"Fantastic property, we had everything we needed, host even supplied drinking water, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, soap everything you could need, very big space, it was Warm and the host was very informative and friendly, only down side for me was the shower, as i am 6"2 and 18 stone it was quite small, my wife loved it though so you cant please everyone, we would visit again for sure."
