"We stayed for four nights in this lovely well appointed apartment. It had everything we needed including bowls and biscuits for our dog. It's one of eight apartments in a modern building right on the coastal path with an allocated parking space underneath. It is right in the middle of Dymchurch and is a great place to watch the world go by. The village has everything within easy walking distance including a small Tesco with long opening hours. There's a great choice of cafes, pubs and fish &...

"Wonderful stay. Clean and with all the amenities you need. Great location. Privacy. Lovely pub with great food, super friendly. Had a small issue so we called Jonny who answered on the 2nd ring, talked us through the solution, and then gave us some tips on things to do. Great service. Highly recommend and we’ll be back in the autumn."

"A little gem nestled in the countryside with glorious views. Lucy’s apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy, comfortable and very well equipped. Lucy is an absolute hoot- very welcoming and full of suggestions of things to see or do. Perfect for dogs too, with a lovely enclosed garden and lots of walks from the location detailed in the information folder. Lots of lovely pubs nearby too including a local just across the way. We would definitely come back."

"Heel leuk huisje met alles er op en eraan! Super lekker bed en geweldige douche. Op goede locatie, vlakbij Rye, en het strand. Wel even moeten zoeken want huisje ligt aan redelijk drukke weg en Google geeft een andere plek aan op de weg. Dus we stonden in eerste instantie op verkeerde plek. Absolute aanrader!"

"The novelty of staying in a 400 year old property, in an incredible location, right in the middle of Rye, made this the perfect place for a long weekend. Everything needed was right out the front door - museums, castle, pubs, and cafes. The actual house was well laid out with decent furnishings and clean towels, and linens. However, it was dirty in areas, like the crockery all had to be washed before use, blinds were dirty and dusty, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and dog hair around. Not...
