Stayed at this unit for 8days earlier this month. The unit managers were extremely helpful, and responded very fast to any questions. The unit is in a prime location (central walking distance to most everything). Great bed. Few towels. Next to a busy street, but you couldn't hear anything once the windows were closed. Check in was easy (expect to pay € 25 extra if checking in on Sunday, holiday, or after 9PM, or € 50 extra if checking in after midnight). We've been to Europe many times, & know what to expect in terms of accommodations, specially in older buildings. This unit, however, has seen better times. It is in real need of TLC. The walls are dirty with scuff marks; Lots of lint & dust in the kitchenette and under the bed areas (years worth of it). There is a sewage smell that permeates the unit due to the kitchen sink not having a U trap under the sink (however, after using the washing machine a couple of times, the smell dissipated somewhat; but we actually had to buy an air freshener. The front panel of the Sofa bed is falling apart. There's a lot of mold in the shower area, and under the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink is loose, and it is badly stained in the drain area. So is the toilet. Called my review a missed opportunity because all this can be easily fixed for under $200, & this unit would be a jewel. Place is small enough that it would take 2 people 1 hr to paint, & it would look great each time a new customer comes in. Loved the location and the managers
