"A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!"

"We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. "Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around.
