Vilas em Roma

"What an excellent experience we had at David’s and family apartment! The apartment was conveniently located just a 5 to 10 minute drive to the airport, perfect for our morning flight. Check in was excellent—we received a warm welcome from David’s mother and father, who gave us the tour and instructions for our stay. There were detailed notes and helpful hints posted throughout the apartment, plus a binder with more of the same and a list of restaurants and recommendations for things to do in the...

"Great place to stay with excellent host. Very easy to get in touch with the host as they live on the property as well. Even though they live on the property you would never know they are there. Plenty of room to park ( we had 3 of our own cars) with no extra charge for parking. And the pool was amazing as well"

"Lejligheden på første sal er godt indrettet og har en enestående udsigt over søen. Her er flere terrasser, alle overdækket og med forskellige typer havemøbler. Der er også en lille have. Køkkenet er meget veludstyret og har god plads til en familie. Værten Andrea er yderst venlig og hjælpsom. Vi havde en dejlig ferie her og kan varmt anbefale lejligheden."

"We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. We enjoyed our stay at this excellent home. The concierge at the main entrance was always very helpful and the property was safe and secure. Thank you Marco for you great hospitality!"

"Beautiful Historic home… near great restaurants and the Vatican. A little steep to get to with luggage and our taxi would not go up the winding street. Check in was easy except hard to get into the room since the doorknob wasn’t working well. David responded quickly to any of our concerns. He gave a background on the house and recommended a great dinner place! It was pricey for one night … would have been more worth it if we had a few days there! Loved the back courtyard!"

"The hosts, Rosella, Fabrizio and Sara have thought about everything in this accomodation, it is immaculately presented, every conceivable aid is provided from all utensils, more than enough crockery, coffee machines complete with coffee granuals and a bumper welcome pack with milk, pasta, passata, bread, and more to get you started. The pool was wonderful, warm and clean, complete with it’s own aqua-bot which really impressed our son, he was fascinated by it as it travelled around the bottom of...

"Es war eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, perfekte Erholung."

"Superb place for a family gathering/wedding. Extremely well organised and managed. Please don’t book too often as we really want to go there again."

"Fabio was very accommodating for our short stay. All the information was easy to understand and check-in took only a very short time! I would definitely stay here again."

"We would highly recommend this property! We were 11 people traveling to Rome and it was the perfect place for our family. It was very safe, clean, walkable, and comfortable. It was 100 degrees and the air conditioners worked great. There are 3 separate living areas which was nice for everyone to have their own space but then a really nice central outdoor seating area that could accommodate all of us. Daniela was so helpful with check in, check out, and recommendations. There was a coffee shop...

"This huge elegant house is a remarkable place to stay, the opposite of a bland holiday villa, it has cool marble floors & frescoes but somehow doesn’t take itself too seriously. We have 8 children between ages 2 to 16 and we were swallowed up in the massive rooms. All of the children enjoyed it: the pool, the massive basement playroom and billiard table, the great stone fireplace where we lit a fire one cooler evening in October. The host Lucia was extremely kind to us although we arrived very...

"Perfect countryside property for us, located 10 mins drive from town, 20 mins from beach, 15 mins railway station with regular and very cheap trains to Rome.Very clean villa (better than the photos show)Fabulous swimming pool with private outside area. Host family incredibly helpful when needed and pleasant, ensuring our privacy.Recommend 100% - thank you very much "

"This was on the high side for our budget, but so worth it. This home has such charm and character. The amenities are fabulous. We loved using the sauna at the end of the day. The kid bedroom is fantastic! And we kept the hot tub cold as it was refreshing in the heat of the day. We loved being able to ride bikes around the neighborhood because it’s huge and unique area. The hosts were very knowledgeable and helpful. We would absolutely come back."
