"We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. We enjoyed our stay at this excellent home. The concierge at the main entrance was always very helpful and the property was safe and secure. Thank you Marco for you great hospitality!"

"We had a wonderful week. Our host (Roberta) took great care of us and made every effort to ensure our stay very enjoyable. She also cooked us a wonderful meal. The house was spacious and had beautiful garden fantastic views and a well tended infinity pool. Location was secluded but with close proximity to the towns on Lake Braciano and rail services to central Rome"

"Erg mooi huisje, goed onderhouden en erg groot, gezellig ingericht met de vele huiselijke spulletjes, alle voorzieningen aanwezig, warme welkom door Loredana, ze zorgt ervoor dat we ons erg welkom voelen door de vele extras (wijn, snoepjes, koekjes, badhanddoeken, zonnemelk ...), prachtige tuin met verschillende gezellige hoekjes, ouders van Loredana wonen in het bovenste deel maar andere ingang en voldoende privacy, goeie uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Rome en andere bezienswaardigheden, absolute...

"A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!"

"Perfect countryside property for us, located 10 mins drive from town, 20 mins from beach, 15 mins railway station with regular and very cheap trains to Rome.Very clean villa (better than the photos show)Fabulous swimming pool with private outside area. "The property and villa were amazing. We loved the outdoor kitchen and spent most of our time out there. The house was well equipped for any meal needs. Sara snd her family were amazing hosts and we felt like special guests! Loved the pasta dinner and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. "Rosanna und ihre Familien haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns Tips gegeben, für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen und der Bahn empfanden wir keine Beeinträchtigung. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Den Pool haben wir leider nicht genutzt, da zu viele Mücken dort waren, weshalb wir ans Meer gefahren sind. "
