A very pretty traditional French cottage in the rural countryside, with all the amenities of a modern home, perfect for a relaxing break or a long holiday. The relaxing retreat comes with exclusive use of a 10m x 4m heated pool and a privately enclosed jacuzzi/hot tub. Located within a 4km distance from Couhe, our local town, to which has bars, restaurants and shops for all your requirements. There are many amusements and places of interest within a short distance from the cottage, Vallee des Singes (15mins), Futuroscope (30mins), to name a couple. The cities of Poitiers, Niort and Angouleme are all 30-50 mins away. There are a vast amount of active or non active places to go and see within a short drive, but transport is essential, due to the locality of the cottage, but this locality gives country walks in abundance or even bicycle rides. There are also many places of architectural interest and vineyards within a close proximity too, along with the traditional French brandy region of Cognac just a 45min drive away.
