"Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

"It was a pleasure to venture away from the ordinary hotel experience and enjoy something special and unique. We were able to experience an almost treehouse sort of adventure together, but with the same amenities as a traditional hotel/home. We loved the loft with the skylight. Highly recommend. "

"Great house, plenty of room, wonderful screened porch for when it rained and believe me it rained. We come to play golf and enjoy the fact that there are many corses close by. Will stay again if available."
