Except one thing about the check-in time, we got an issue with the front desk due to their elevator was out for days and we tried to check in a little bit to try to get a first or second floor. "I was pretty please of where the hotel was located, restaurants, retail shops. During the time of year of being there it was quiet stay. The room space was fine to us, yes the bathroom was small but the water pressure of the shower was excellent. Only issue we have about our stay was the breakfast menu, could stand for a better improvement."

"There were cigarette burns on the comforter, no light bulbs in the lamp on the nightstand, and the AC made a loud rattling sound even when powered off. But the staff was friendly at check-in and the price was affordable. There's a Tim Horton's and a Wendy's in walking distance, which was nice."

"The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!"
